Jennings Cooksey brings 10 years of experience to Finer Days Healthcare with a diverse background, including serving as an officer in the United States Army, working in the logistics industry, clerking for a federal judge, practicing law in private practice, and serving as an executive and business leader, leading and scaling privately held companies.

Before and concurrently with his work at Watermark, Jennings led the successful growth and exit of privately held companies, with exit multiples ranging from approximately 15x to 19x EBITDA and 3x to 3.5x TTM revenues, where he designed and implemented strategies and processes for profitable business growth, created and led the corporate development and strategy team, served as a director and the corporate secretary, and provided counsel for the companies and their boards on all legal matters.
